Made Blue Jello Cookie's for the 4th of July! YUM

Just note: I only used 3 boxes and added 2 eggs instead of one, plus I did add food coloring to get a better blue. Not a lot though just about 3 drops more. If you feel its to dry still add a little more butter. Also, I added a 1-1/2 tsp of baking powder.
